« Tradition »
Location :
Planted on silty, clayey and shallow to moderately deep soils (between 30 to 40 cms). The sub-soil is made of schist and gneiss. Parcels have weak slopes and the age of the vine ranges from 15 to 40 years old.
Wine Making – Maturing :
Direct pressing. Wine making in underground thermo-regulated vats. The wine is left on the lees for 6 to 8 months with one or two bâtonnages (stirring the settled lees back into the wine) to increase its richness and give the wine a « fatter » texture.

_ Sight : straw yellow color with golden hints.
_ Nose : elegant with floral nuances of acacia and honey opening onto more complex and warm notes of candied citrus and grilled nuts with a nice menthol freshness .
_ Palate : the fresh and mineral attack in the mouth is ample and dominated by citrus notes.Powerful with persistent fresh and grilled aromas.
Aging – Food Pairing :
This cheerful and harmonious wine can be drunk now or within 2 years.
This wine is ideal as an aperitif but will also pair seafood or pressed cheese.
